"Just got a notice in the mail that we were being cancelled for this renters insurance due to using it twice in 5 years for two different people. We both use State Farm for car insurance and haven't filed an auto claim with Jason Hart ever. My husband had his bike stolen in 2022 in another city with another agent and after getting married he added me to his policy (with lots of errors and miscommunications from the office) and I had my bike stolen from our secure apartment building in 2025. These two are the only claims we have done here ~ two for 2 people in 5 years (only 1 here) and that was grounds for cancelling our insurance. Just know that if you actually use your insurance here you very well may completely lose it. I think this came from State Farm itself not just this agent but that was our experience here. I will add we never actually talked to Jason, just other people in the office Gisela and Crystal."
